Cancellation & Credit Card Policy

We require a credit card number to hold your appointments.  We require 48 hours notice for the cancellation of bookings of two or more services. Single services require a minimum of 24 hours notice of cancellation. 50% of the total service fee will be charged for cancellations with less notice.  For appointments that the client doesn't show up for 100% of the appointment cost plus tax will be charged to the client.  However, we understand that emergency situations do arise and we will accommodate you in any way we can. 

Arriving Early

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment to make sure you have enough time to fill out any paperwork that may be required for your service.

Arriving Late

If you arrive late, your appointment may be shortened or rescheduled so our next clients are not delayed.

Gratuities

Leaving gratuity is always left to the discretion of our clients.  As in all service-related businesses, it is common practice to leave gratuity when the professional has performed a service to the client’s satisfaction. Unless noted, gift certificates for treatments and/or packages do not include gratuities.

Child Care

The salon and spa is not appropriate for children under 12. Children must be receiving services and accompanied by a parent if present.
